Half Marathon Journey: Week 2

This week was a good one, but a little bit challenging because of the snow and ice that North Carolina was hit with this weekend. I’m proud of myself for thinking outside of the box, and continuing to exercise regardless of the weather. I was supposed to begin adding running into my workouts on Friday but that didn’t happen because of the icy roads. However, I still managed to get bundle up, get outside and walk in my snow boots instead of my running shoes! The adventure with Jamie and Bokeh was quite fun, and I’m realizing more and more how exercise affects my day; I’m feeling more energized and looking forward to it each day!

What I accomplished:
– Walked 5 days
– Two online yoga classes in my foyer

Miles this week: 10 Miles
Total Miles: 18 Miles
