Half Marathon Journey: Week 1

And so it begins…

As I shared on Instagram this week; you have to start somewhere, just as long as you start. Week one was the week of STARTING.

What I accomplished:
– Got fitted for new running shoes
– Signed up for this 1/2 Marathon
– Met with my amazing coach and team to talk through our training schedule
– Walked 4 days
– Climbed tons of stairs early one morning with friends and don’t think my calves have ever been so sore

Miles this week: 8 Miles
Total Miles: 8 Miles
