Gosh, what I would do to be able to just teleport myself back to Tuscany. The rolling hills, fresh air and gorgeous sunsets could have kept me there forever.
We stayed in an 18th century Tuscan Farmhouse on Podere Ciona Estate and Vineyard and I felt like a true tuscan lady. This 100 acre property is the home of Franca and Franco Gatteschi. They produce some of the region’s most highly rated Chianti Classico Riservas as well as many other delicious tuscan wines. Franca and her sister Mimma also host guests in their own kitchens for tuscan cooking classes, and this was my favorite part of our whole trip. You may have seen here that they taught me how to make homemade pasta, which was a dream come true!
