Packing for Italy

March 31, 2015

For me, packing always seems like this daunting task that forever. You would think that planning my outfits in advance would be helpful but it’s so overwhelming, especially when you are planning outfits for 11 days. This time, I wanted it to be different. I wanted to be able to reach in my suitcase and know exactly what to wear. I decided to take a Capsule Wardrobe (a mini wardrobe made up of really versatile pieces that you totally love to wear) perspective. If you have never read Un-Fancy, you must add it to your list!

I gave myself parameters, decided on a color scheme, and chose versatile pieces that could be interchangeable with the other pieces. I quickly added up at least 20 different outfits that I can wear with the clothing below. For the first time, I feel really good about what I have packed! I know I will be prepared for all weather conditions and am certain that I will comfortable, which was most important to me.  Let’s do this Italy!

Such cute pieces to mix and match interchangeably, especially with the ever-fluctuating weather of Italy!! Comfort (and style, of course!) is key, and I’m loving your choices. Have an incredible return trip to Italy! I’m hoping to get back there later this year!
